About Course

The Experienced Preparer Fast Track is designed for individuals who have already completed tax-preparation training or worked during a previous tax season and do not need to repeat the full beginner Academy.

Participants will complete an experience and readiness review, annual compliance and due-diligence training, taxpayer-data security training, TaxSlayer Pro orientation, bank-product training, office procedures, quality-control expectations, and a final competency assessment.

The standalone enrollment fee is $499. This fee may be waived for approved preparers who sign a Shema & Buda Tax Services LLC 60/40 preparer agreement and successfully complete all onboarding requirements.

Previous education or tax-preparation experience must be verified. Enrollment or course completion does not guarantee employment, software access, client assignments, income, or authorization to prepare returns under Shema & Buda Tax Services LLC.

Important: The $499 enrollment fee covers Fast-Track training and the final competency assessment only. It does not include tax-preparation software, an EIN, PTIN, EFIN, bank-product enrollment, employment, client assignments, or authorization to prepare or electronically file returns under Shema & Buda Tax Services LLC. Paid preparers must obtain and maintain their own valid PTIN. Independent business owners are responsible for obtaining any required business registration, EIN, EFIN, insurance, software, banking relationships, and other approvals. Separate seasonal software and affiliate packages may be available only after application, verification, and approval.
